There are Seven Councillors representing Bleddfa & Llangunllo wards and at present three reside in the Bleddfa area and four reside within Llangunllo area.

Venue
Alternate Meetings are held in Llangunllo Community Hall and Bleddfa Hall Barn.
Notice, Agenda, and Minutes of meetings
These are published on the community notice boards. Agendas and Minutes of meetings will also be made available on this web-site.

 Public Attendance
Meetings are open to the public to attend and observe.

Funding and Finance
The Community Council raises its finance by means of the annual precept. This is collected by Powys County Council as the smallest element of the overall Council Tax, and is then paid over to this Community Council. The Community Council sets a budget each autumn for the following financial year.

Llangunllo Community Council usually prepares the Accounts ready for the Internal  Audit inspection after the year end at 31 March.  Once the Internal Audit is approved by Council this is then sent to the External Audit which is usually ready for public inspection around August/September time of the same year.  Once all this is approved by External Auditors copy is displayed on both Bleddfa & Llangunllo Notice Boards.
